Leiden University
The Leiden University, established on 1575, is located in Leiden, Netherlands. The university is known as Universiteit Leiden in Dutch. The university was founded by William of Orange. The university became one of the leading universities in Europe in the 19th century. The Leiden University's recent enrollments have been more than 17,000 students.
