University Of Southampton

The University of Southampton, established in 1862, is located in Southampton, England. The university started as the Hartley Institution in 1862. This institution became the university college in 1902. It was renamed as Hartley University College in 1919. The royal charter was granted by the queen in 1952, which made the university an independent institution. The University of Southampton's recent enrollments have been more than 17,000 undergraduate and 7,000 postgraduates every year. The university offers undergraduate and graduate programs of study through the following academic divisions:
