About Academy of Healing Arts
Established in 2002, the Academy of Healing Arts is a career training school for students interested in the healthcare field. The school prepares students for entry-level jobs in the medical industry with practical training and classroom learning. The Academy is located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Academy of Healing Arts Academic Programs
- Medical Assistant Program - Provides students the skills to assist physicians in examining and treating patients. Students are also trained to perform a variety of medical office tasks.
- Medical Administrative Assistant Program - Offers training in managing electronic information at a medical office. Training is provided in insurance codes, medical transcription, medical billing and general medical office administration tasks. Includes a blend of hands-on training and classroom teaching.
- Massage Therapy Program - Students are taught the skills necessary to work in sports medicine clinics, salons, health spas, athletic clubs and hotels. Students learn various message therapy techniques by working with actual patients.
- Phlebotomy Program - Includes hands-on training and classroom learning. The program teaches advanced skills.
