• Computer Systems Specialist program - Provides training in popular business software programs. The curriculum covers databases, Internet applications, word processing and spreadsheets. • Computerized Administrative Assistant - Students are trained to perform various administrative and clerical functions. They learn to manage databases and develop reports. Students also learn to use various computer software programs. The program takes seven months to complete.
• Computerized Accounting Specialist program - Students are prepared for an entry-level job in a general accounting office. The program covers the computerized accounting process and the accounting cycle as it pertains to corporations and sole proprietorships. The program also provides an introduction to personal income taxation. The program takes seven months to complete.
• Medical Office Specialist - Provides computer and specific medical office skills required for employment in the medical field. Students are also prepared for certification testing in medical insurance and coding. Students learn to maintain database, filing and inventory systems. The program is completed in seven months.
• Medical Records Transcriptionist program - Trains students to take dictated recordings made by doctors and other healthcare professionals and transcribe them into medical reports, correspondence and other types of administrative material. A review of medical terminology is also included. Students also learn to use medical office software applications. The program takes nine months to complete.
• Heat & Air Conditioning Technician - Students learn to perform maintenance on heat and air conditioning systems. Training is provided in basic electronics and controls, electric motors and compressors, and advanced air conditioning and heat. A review of air flow and distribution is also included. The program takes ten months to complete.
