Career Centers of Texas is a career-focused school owned by Kaplan Inc., a subsidiary of the Washington Post Company. Kaplan was established in 1938 and is one of the largest education services providers in the world.

Career Centers of Texas provides diploma programs in the areas of healthcare, computers, information technology and professional services such as electrical technician and heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration.
