Cleveland Institute of Electronics (CIE) is a private technical college devoted to distance learning programs. Founded in 1934, CIE trains students to solve electronic engineering and computer technology programs through a variety of courses, diplomas and certificate programs, as well as two associate degree programs. Exams are online and can be taken anytime, with tests processed and scores e-mailed to students. Students generally complete two to three lessons a week, on average.
