About the School
Founded in 1878 Creighton University (CU) is a Jesuit Catholic University with enrollment of over 6,700 students. Academic Programs
CU's online program, The Creighton Office of Online Learning (COOL) is run under the auspices of the Graduate School.
The online Master's program emphasizes developing the moral and spiritual character of the participants. Programs include:
- Master's in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution – This program focuses on four different tracks:
- The Organizational/Transactional Negotiation concentration is designed to give students a background in dispute resolution dynamics, leadership, ethics, organizational behavior and managerial practices.
- International Negotiation focuses on the needs of the global community. It helps individuals gain an understanding of cultural differences and conflict dynamics.
- The Healthcare Collaboration curriculum targets the unique characteristics affecting the healthcare field. Students learn about healthcare policy and law, patient safety, end-of-life decisions, elder law and clinical ethics.
- Educational Collaboration focuses on the dynamic interactions of students, teachers, administrators and the community. The program is designed to integrate an understanding of teaching techniques, multicultural education, social integrity and the consequences of various financial arrangements.
- Master of Security Analysis and Portfolio Management – This degree places its focus on: the income generating ability of securities, investment forecasts and trends, equity, quantitative and performance analysis and more. The curriculum is based on the requirements of the three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst exams.

Faculty
