Academic Programs

- Healthcare / Allied Health – Covers career training for medical assistant technicians, medical coding and billing, massage therapy technicians, clinical skin care, and medical office administration.

Several of the programs are described in more detail below:
- Computer Network Engineer – Students are trained to troubleshoot networks and repair computers. The students also learn to analyze and design network operating systems.
- Medical Office Administrator – Offers a solid foundation in medical coding and billing, medical terminology, anatomy, pharmacology, and human diseases. Students are also trained in fundamental medical office and clinical tasks.
- Website Administrator – Designed to provide a broad understanding in areas such as graphics and animation, web designing, database design, network support and web marketing.
- Computer Network Technician – Offers training in setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting computer network systems. The curriculum also includes the basics of servicing computers.
- Medical Assistant Technician – Offers training in fundamental medical office and clinical tasks. The program includes a review of a variety of topics such as anatomy, pharmacology, word processing, handling patient accounts and records, and performing selected diagnostic tests.
- Massage Therapy Technician – Blends theory and practical experience in massage therapy. Hydrotherapy, anatomy and physiology are also included in the curriculum.
Through the school's programs students can get prepared to be certified in any of over a dozen professional certifications.
For Information Technology, certification options include those for: Cisco networks (CCNA); CompTIA (A+, i-Net+, Linux+, and Network+); and Microsoft (MCAD, MCP, MCSE, and MCSA).
For For allied health studies, certification can include National Certification for: Medical Assistant (NCMA); Medical Office Assistant (MCMOA); Phlebotomy Technician (NCPT); ECG Technician (NCET); and Insurance and Coding Specialist (NCICS).
