About Florida Culinary Institute
Established in 1987, Florida Culinary Institute offers a Culinary program as well as International Baking and Pastry and Culinary Management programs. The curriculums emphasize hands-on learning. Florida Culinary Institute Academic Programs
- Culinary – Offers training in a variety of cooking styles, including American, Mediterranean, Latin, French and Asian. The program blends theory with practical experience. Restaurant management skills are also included in the curriculum.
- International Baking and Pastry – Provides a wide variety of baking and pastry theories and also includes extensive hands-on training in culinary laboratories.
