About the School

ITI Technical College provides associate degree and certificate programs in occupational studies. The college provides specialized training in various technical fields. The programs include a substantial amount of hands-on training.

Academic Programs

A selection of available programs at the college include:

• Electronics Technology Associate degree program - Provides entry-level skills in digital and analog electronics, microprocessors, communications electronics and personal computers. The program includes elective courses such as networking software applications, computer repair, relay logic and programmable controllers, and network security.
• Information Technology Associate degree program - Covers the software and hardware tools used in the information technology industry. The program includes introductory courses in programming and networking. The program also covers PC office applications.
• Process Technology Associate degree program - Reviews process control theory. The program covers electronics and instrumentation topics including physics, pressure and level. The program also covers industrial pump applications, operations, maintenance and troubleshooting of the various types of pumps used in industry. A review of compressors and turbines and their prime movers is also included. Students also learn about basic and industrial electricity.
• Air Conditioning and Electrical Technology Certificate program - Covers the basic concepts and practices of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating equipment. The program also reviews the fundamentals of heat transfer, refrigerants and electricity.
• Medical Office Management Associate Degree program - Covers general business practices, accounting procedures, computers, medical terminology and human resources. The program also reviews medical and machine transcription, and insurance and medical procedural billing and coding.
• Office Administration Certificate program - The program reviews general business practices. The program also covers accounting procedures, the use of current business software, human resources, records management and business law.
