About the School

Established in 2007, Le Cordon Bleu College Of Culinary Arts Boston is affiliated with the Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Paris. The partnership is designed to ensure that students learn the best practices in European and North American culinary traditions, methods, and technologies. The school prepares students for opportunities in the food service and hospitality industry. Class topics range from basic cooking and pastry skills to purchasing and cost control.

Learning Options

Students gain practical experience in the on-site, student-run restaurant and at "externships" arranged through the Career Services department. Participants have the option to work part time while meeting their educational requirements.

Faculty

Chef instructors coordinate hands-on training and education to help students excel in the food service and hospitality industry. Each faculty member is an industry professional with the academic credentials needed to support the curriculum.

Student Life

The College library provides resources to support the curriculum and assists students in maximizing their educational experience.

The school does not have dormitories but the school helps students find off-campus housing.

The student lounge is an opportune place to network and mingle with fellow classmates.

Admissions and Financial Aid

The Admissions Office requires students to demonstrate receipt of a high school diploma or GED certificate. All applicants participate in an Admissions interview. During this consultation students are advised of the variety of career paths available to them upon graduation.

Financial aid is available for students who quality. Applicants should submit requests for aid when they apply for admission.
