About the School
The school teaches students European cooking traditions with modern American technology. The result is an intensive, practical, and comprehensive culinary-arts program. Upon completion of the program students receive the widely recognized Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme.

Academic Programs
- Associate of Occupational Science Degree Program – Students learn the theoretical groundwork and technical skills they need to succeed in the food-service business; they are taught qualitative aspects of food preparation including nutrition and sanitation.
- Certificate Program in Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking – Gives students the culinary arts expertise and professional skills to succeed in as a professional baker or pastry chef.
Learning Options
The school offers learning opportunities using hands-on experience in the classroom, during small group activities and in the student-run restaurant.
Faculty
The faculty is a combination of professional chefs and trained educators. The staff teaches the theoretical concepts as well as practical and creative aspects of the culinary arts.
Student Life
The Career Services staff assists current students with optional part-time employment opportunities. Demonstration kitchens, computer labs, an onsite library, student lounges, and the student-run Cafe Bleu allow students to bond, socialize and network.
There is no on-campus housing at the school.
Admissions and Financial Aid
Candidates for admission must have a high school diploma or a GED prior to starting at the College. Prospective students can use an online form to file for admittance.
