About Ohio Christian University Online
Founded in 1948, Ohio Christian University (OCU) is private university in Circleville, Ohio, affiliated with the Churches of Christ in Christian Union. In addition to traditional campus programs, OCU offers distance learning programs as part of their AIM Adult Degree Programs. Associate and bachelor's degree programs are offered entirely online, in an accelerated degree format to give adult learners maximum convenience and flexibility while earning their degree. All online programs are regionally accredited by the North Central Association of the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).
Academic Programs
Ohio Christian's AIM Adult Degree Programs are designed for adult students. The following programs are examples of those that are offered completely online:

Learning Options
Courses begin a few times per year, with students assigned to a cohort of 15 to 18 students. Classes are delivered asynchronously, with each course having specific start and ending dates. On average, students spend 12 to 15 hours per week on coursework, with programs completed in as little as two years.
Faculty
Online programs are academically equivalent to campus programs, with campus faculty members teaching online courses. Ohio Christian University hires academically qualified, spiritually-mature faculty members.
Student Life
Due to the flexible nature of the program, students can continue working while attending school. Student services are provided to assist students throughout the program.
Admissions and Financial Aid
For associate programs, students must have proof of high school graduation or GED certification, and for bachelor programs, students must have previously attended an accredited institution of higher learning and have earned a minimum of 50 semester credit hours. In addition, bachelor program applicants must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
Financial aid is available to qualified students, and interested applicants should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The Financial Aid Office is available to assist students throughout the process.
