About Penn Foster High School

Penn Foster High School is part of the Penn Foster group of schools. The online school provides high school diplomas and also allows students to just take individual courses. Students earn their high school diploma by taking classes such as history, biology, sciences, English, reading, mathematics and electives. Graduates of the healthcare-focused high school diploma program earn an accredited high school diploma. In addition, the learning materials are provided at no extra cost.

Penn Foster High School Academic Programs

The program includes standard courses and a wide variety of electives. The first course is sent immediately after being admitted to the high school. Upon successfully completing an exam the next course is sent out. The exams are taken online or by mail.

Learning at Penn Foster High School

Student Life

Student services are available by telephone, mail and at the school's website. In addition, the online library provides librarians who are available by email to answer questions and assist students with research activities. Graduates of the program have access to the school's career services.

Admissions and Financial Aid

In order to enroll, students have to be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent. Students may transfer credits earned from other high schools. The high school is associated with DANTES which allows U.S. military personnel to be reimbursed for tuition costs.
