About the School
Established in 1887, Sterling College is a liberal arts Christian college. The school offers education programs in a variety of subjects. The school has kept its historical ties to the Reformed tradition. The institution's Sterling College Online division offers a bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries and a bachelor's degree in Theology and Ministry.
Academic Programs

- Christian Ministries Bachelor's Degree – The program challenges students on a practical and intellectual basis. The program's goal is to prepare students to be leaders. According to the school, the curriculum points students to the love of Jesus Christ. Four concentrations are available: Educational, Youth, Worship and Mission Leadership. Students are prepared for leadership roles in churches, para-church ministries, Christian schools, missionary organizations, Christian publishing companies and camps. Students are also prepared for graduate study.
- Theology and Ministry Bachelor's Degree – Offers a broad understanding of theological, biblical and philosophical concepts. The school recommends this program for those interested in attending seminary training, law school and achieving a graduate degree.

Student Life
Students have access to the college's extensive online library and resource center 24/7. In addition, students go through the programs in a small group. Students also have opportunities to interact with other enrollees and faculty members.
Admissions and Financial Aid
Students need to submit a completed application along with an official record of all high school and college transcripts and/or knowledge folios. Students also need to submit either SAT or ACT results. Regarding financial aid, federal grants and loans and other types of financial assistance are available to qualified students. The college also offers scholarships to eligible students.
