About the School

George Washington University was established in 1821 and chartered by the U.S. Congress. The school offers online degree programs in healthcare, police science, education, public relations and other subjects. • Professional Studies Master's Degree – The comprehensive curriculum prepares students for employment opportunities in law firms, corporations and a variety of agencies and institutions. The curriculum is the same as the on-campus program.
• Professional Studies in Political Management Master's Degree – Offers practical applications to politics. The program provides hands-on experience. Students are provided a solid foundation regarding strategies for influencing the political process at national, state and local levels.
• Professional Studies in Strategic Public Relations Master's Degree – The comprehensive curriculum offers practical applications regarding research, politics, communications, ethics and public policy.
