Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College Berkeley, situated in California, is also known as AIMC Berkeley. Established in 1990 in San Francisco, California, it was originally named Meiji College of Oriental Medicine. The first students were enrolled in September, 1991 and in January, 1999, AIMC moved to its present location. The name was changed to Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in 2003. AIMC Berkeley offers degrees and programs in oriental medicine theory, integrative clinical medicine, acupuncture, oriental herbology, and clinical practice.
