The Adler School of Professional Psychology at Chicago, Illinois was founded in 1952 by Rudolf Dreikurs. The college was originally known as the Alfred Adler Institute, in honor of renowned psychiatrist Alfred Adler. The college also operates a branch campus in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Adler School of Professional Psychology offers its students programs leading to graduate-level and doctoral-level degrees. It offers courses in areas like clinical psychology, police psychology, counseling, group psychotherapy and clinical neuro-psychology. The college also offers a number of online programs.
