Alpena Community College

Alpena Community College, also known as ACC, is a two-year, public college located in Alpena, Michigan, United States. It was founded in 1952 and known as Alpena High School. It began offering classes in September 1952. The campus is situated on 700 acres of land.

ACC offers associate degrees and certificate programs in applied science, arts, general studies, and science. A number of cooperative programs, general education programs, and university center programs are also offerd by the college.

Students of Alpena Community College are members of various cultural clubs and organizations. These organizations are the Besser Technical Association Concrete Club, Criminal Justice Club, Industrial Technology Association, and Student Nurses Association.
