Antioch College

Antioch College at Yellow Springs, Ohio was established in 1852. This private liberal arts college is a part of the Antioch University system. Other branch campuses are located in Seattle, McGregor, New England, Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. Antioch College Yellow Springs offers study abroad programs for its students. The school offers courses in Brazilian ecosystems, comparative women’s and gender studies, Buddhist studies and African art and culture, among others.

Many students of Antioch College have gone on to become famous. Some of the notable alumni of the college are Peggy Ahwesh, filmmaker & video artist; John de Jongh, United States Virgin Islands Governor; and David A. Horowitz, historian and author.
