Atlanta Metropolitan College

Atlanta Metropolitan College, also known as AMC, is located in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. It was established in 1974 as Atlanta Junior College. Later in 1988, it became Atlanta Metropolitan College and is part of the University System of Georgia. AMC's campus encompasses more than 65 acres of land. It boasts of an enrollment of approximately 2000 students per term. The college attracts students from several foreign countries. AMC offers a number of degrees and certificate programs in over 40 areas of study.

AMC is home to many student clubs and organizations including the AMC Choir, Criminal Justice Club, Creative Dance Club, Film and Movie Club, International Student Association, Phi Theta Kappa, Social Work Club, Study Abroad Club, Psychology Club, Kappa Beta Delta, and Drama Club.
