Bainbridge College, also referred to as BC, is located in Bainbridge, Georgia, United States. It was established in 1970. It is administered by the University System of Georgia. The first classes were held in 1973 with 217 students. Dr. Edward Mobley became the first President of the college. The college is beautifully nestled in an area of more than 170 acres in Bainbridge. The Early County Site became part of BC in July 2006 to serve Early County and the surrounding area. BC offers a wide variety of degrees and certificate programs in diverse areas of study.
BC has officially recognized a number of student clubs that organize several events and activities throughout the year. Some of these organizations are the Chi Alpha Club, Alpha Beta Gamma, Foreign Language Club, Science Club, Student Government Association, Phi Theta Kappa, International Education Club, and Bainbridge Association of Nursing Students.
