Bellevue University

Bellevue University is a not-for-profit institution located in Bellevue, Nebraska. It was founded in 1966 with just three full-time faculty and four staff members. After a few status changes, it became Bellevue University in 1994. The university offers more than 45 undergraduate degrees and over 10 graduate degrees in diverse areas of study. It is organized into the following academic divisions:

• College of Arts and Sciences
• College of Business
• College of Distributed Learning
• College of Information Technology
• College of Professional Studies

Bellevue University's campus is home to several students clubs and organizations. Some of the organizations are American Marketing Association, Institute of Management Accountants, Campus Crusade for Christ, Delta Epsilon Chi and Alpha Chi.

Bellevue is in the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference for major sports.

Bellevue offers financial aid for athletes. Of students receiving athletic financial aid, 82 male students received the aid (men were 59% of those receiving aid) and 58 women were awarded financial aid based on athletics (representing 41% of students receiving such aid) .
