Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, also known as CSTCC, was initially Cincinnati Technical College. Courter Technical High School and Central Avenue High School were once located on its campus. CSTCC has two study centers located in Cadiz and Monroe County.
The students of CSTCC are involved in several cultural, social, and recreational events. The Student Activities Council arranges many events for the students. The college also has recognized the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society, which works to develop students' leadership skills. The college also provides child care services for children of enrolled students.
The college provides a number of scholarships such as the Clay Family Memorial Nursing Scholarship, Building Preservation Scholarship, Employee Scholarship, Gust Maistros Scholarship, Mining Electro Mechanical Maintenance Scholarship, and Elizabeth J. Rubloff Scholarship.
