Benjamin Franklin Institute Of Technology

Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology, BFIT, is a technical industrial and engineering technologies institute in Boston, Massachusetts that was founded in 1908. BFIT offers a Bachelor of Science, Associate in Engineering, and Associate in Science degree, as well as a Certificate of Proficiency. Programs are offered in automotive technology, industrial technologies, engineering technologies, and health care.

Students attending Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology can become members of the Student Government Association (SGA). Women who attend BFIT are encouraged to become part of the Women’s Forum. Apart from these, all students have the opportunity to become members of Phi Theta Kappa - an international honor society, The Yearbook Club, and The Green Technology Club.

The sports teams of BFIT are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association, Division III.
