Overview

Berkshire Community College is located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, United States. It was founded in 1960 and was the first community school established by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The college has a branch campus in Great Barrington.

The school is beautifully nestled in an area of 180 acres. At present, Berkshire Community College offers over 45 certificate programs and associate degrees, as well as numerous educational opportunities to its students.

The college has an active student life and hosts numerous clubs and organizations. Some of them are the Environmental Conservation Club, Diversity Club, G.I.R.O. (Global Issues Resource Organization), and Physical Therapy Assistant. Berkshire Community College's student body is diverse and has more than 2,400 students, representing more than 20 countries.
