Bethany Lutheran College, also known as BLC, is a private, Christian, co-educational, and liberal arts college located in Mankato, Minnesota, United States. It was established in 1911 as Bethany Ladies College. It was purchased and renamed as Bethany Lutheran College in 1927 by the Evangelical Lutheran Synod. The campus is spread across an area of over 50 acres. The college offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study.
Bethany Lutheran College’s athletics department sponsors several men’s and women’s sports teams. The sports teams are nicknamed as the Vikings. The sports teams participate in a wide variety of sports including baseball, softball, and tennis.
