Overview

Bevill State Community College, also known as as BSCC, was established in 1992. It is a junior, technical college and is a part of the Community State system. BSCC offers associate’s degree with a wide variety of learning options in Arts and Science. The College operates several campuses and instructional sites. The college is nestled on more than 4,500 square miles and is comprised of the following campuses and learning centers:

  • Fayette Campus
  • Hamilton Campus
  • Jasper Campus
  • Pickens Center
  • Sumiton Campus

The student body of BSCC is diverse and has a number of organizations and activities including the Bevill State Ambassadors, the Future Engineers and Mathematicians of Bevill (FEMB), and the Bevill Band and Chorus. The college teams participate in several sports which include men’s and women’s Baseball, Basketball, and Volleyball.
