Blackhawk Technical College

Blackhawk Technical College, also known as Blackhawk Tech or BTC, was established on July 1, 1968 with the merger of the vocational schools of Beloit, Wisconsin and Janesville, Wisconsin. It was originally named Blackhawk Technical Institute and became Blackhawk Technical College in August 1987.

The college's main campus covers approximately 80 acres and is located in Janesville, Wisconsin, United States. In addition to the main campus, the college has several satellite campuses. It also has an Aviation Center located at the Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport. BTC offers a wide variety of associate degrees and vocational programs in diverse areas of study.

BTC offers a number of scholarship programs such as the BTC Foundation Scholarship, Voice Solutions Scholarships, Hispanic Scholarship Fund, Amy Hunter-Wilson MD Scholarship, and many more.
