Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, also known as BU or Bloom, is a public university located in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, United States. It is one of 14 state universities that make up the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE). BU offers more than 55 undergraduate programs and over 15 graduate programs in diverse areas of study. The university is organized into the following academic divisions:

  • College of Professional Studies
  • College of Science and Technology

There are several student clubs and organizations on campus. Some of the important ones are Alpha Nu Omega, Alpha Phi Omega, American Marketing Association, and BUTV (student television station, Ch8). There is also an International club to assist foreign students with admission into the university.

School sports include football, basketball, baseball, and track. Bloomsburg is in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference for major sports.
