Bluefield College

The Bluefield College was founded by the Baptist General Association of Virginia in 1922. It has a campus area of 82 acres and student capacity of over 700. The Bluefield College is a liberal arts college offering majors in over 20 subjects. It has regional offices located in Roanoke and Richmond. The Bluefield College offers bachelor’s as well as accelerated degrees in various arts and science subjects. The major divisions in the college include:

Students may purchase a meal plan which includes 21 meals weekly.

Bluefield Athletics

Bluefield is in the Appalachian Athletic Conference for major sports.

Bluefield offers financial aid for athletes. Of students receiving athletic financial aid, 54 male students received the aid (men were 50% of those receiving aid) and 55 women were awarded financial aid based on athletics (representing 50% of students receiving such aid) .
