Overview

Boston Baptist College is a private nonprofit institute located in Boston, Massachusetts. The college was established in 1976 as Baptist Bible Institute East. It was originally located in Shrub Oak, New York and was founded by John Rawlings and A.V. Henderson of Baptist Bible Fellowship International. The college moved to its current location in 1981 and began to operate as a separate entity in 1993. The college was renamed Boston Baptist College in 2002, also abbreviated as BBC. The college offers associate’s and bachelor’s degrees in biblical studies/theology.

The Director of Student Life and the Student Government of Boston Baptist College organize a number of activities for the students. The college also provides separate housing facilities for men and women. It participates in intercollegiate sports like men’s soccer, women’s volleyball, and men’s basketball.
