Bristol Community College

Bristol Community College was established in December, 1965 by the Massachusetts Board of Regional Community Colleges. The college is located in Fall River, Massachusetts and is also known as BCC. In addition to its main campus, BCC has satellite campuses in Taunton, New Bedford, and Attleboro. The college offers more than 90 associate degrees and certificate programs.

The academic departments of BCC are organized into various divisions, such as the behavioral and social sciences, humanities and arts, history, science and mathematics. The scholarships offered by the college include the BCC Foundation Scholarships, Edward Adaskin Family Scholarship, Altrusa Club/ Camilla C. Pickering Memorial Scholarship, H. M. Booth Theatre Scholarship, the Agnes Lindsey Scholarship, and many more.

There are several student clubs and organizations at BCC. Some of these are the Cambodian Student Association, the Clinical Lab Science Club, Complementary Health Care and Therapeutic Massage Club, Criminal Justice Society, Habitat for Humanity, International Club and the Ski and Snowboarding Club.

BCC participates in a wide variety of sports like men’s and women’s soccer and basketball. They compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association. Its athletic teams are nicknamed the Bristol Bees.
