Overview
Bucks County Community College, also known as Bucks, is a two-year, community college located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was founded in 1964. Bucks is comprised of three campuses: a main campus in Newtown, a campus in the town of Perkasie, and a campus in the town of Bristol. It also operates several satellite facilities located throughout the county. The college offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse fields of study.
The college offers courses via face-to-face, classroom-based, instruction as well as eLearning classes which are online. The college also offers courses in hybrid mode which combines face-to-face instruction with online learning.
Bucks is home to several student clubs and organizations including the Social Science Club, Ski Club, Phi Thete Kappa, Italian Club, and Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship. There are also special organizations to assist foreign students with admission into the college.
