Overview
California Lutheran University, also known as Cal Lutheran, was established in the year 1959. It is situated in Thousand Oaks, California. It was originally founded as the California Lutheran College, and received its present name in 1986.
The campus of Cal Lutheran occupies an area of more than 200 acres. The university offers Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees in diverse fields of study. Cal Lutheran is organized into the following academic schools and colleges:
