Carleton College

Carleton College is a non-sectarian, coeducational college located in Northfield, United States. It was established in the year 1866. It offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study. U.S. News and World Report rankings (2008) ranked Carleton College the 8th liberal arts college in the United States.

Carleton College offers more than 150 active student clubs. There are special international clubs for foreign students. The college operates a student-run radio station called KRLX radio. The college's athletic teams are nickname the “Carls” or “Knights.” The major sports teams are men’s basketball, women’s basketball, men’s track and field, women’s swimming and diving, and men’s swimming and diving.
