Overview

Cecil College is located in North East, Maryland, United States. It was established in 1968. It is administrated by a Board of Trustees comprising of seven lay members chosen by the Governor of Maryland for six-year renewable terms. The college has articulation agreements with over 30 colleges and universities in Maryland and outside the country. Cecil College meets the educational objectives of students through a wide variety of certificate programs, associate degrees, non-credit course certifications, and other offerings.

Cecil College has an active student life. Some of the college's clubs and organizations are the Minority Student Union, Alpha Alpha Theta, Viscom Club, and Art Club. The men's teams of the college compete in baseball, basketball and soccer. The women's teams compete in basketball, volleyball, soccer, softball, and tennis.
