Central Virginia Community College is locted in Lynchburg, Virginia. It is one of the schools of the Virginia Community College system and was established in 1966. The college comprises several campuses located in Lynchburg and Bedford, Virginia and in the counties of Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford and Campbell. The college enrolls more than 4,000 students every year annd provides degrees and certificates in more than 60 areas of study.
CVVC has an active student life with more than 20 on-campus clubs and organizations, including the Art Club, BSA, Campus Crusade for Christ, Drama Club, Electronics Club and the Games Club.
