Central Yeshiva Tomchei Tmimim Lubavitz is a private not-for-profit, Jewish institute in Brooklyn, New York. Tomchei Temimim was founded by Rabbi Sholom Dovber Schneersohn, in the town of Lubavitch in 1896. It is presently recognized as a worldwide network of institutes of advanced Torah study. The institute trains students in the skills necessary to understand, study and master the Talmud and traditional Jewish thought.
Central Yeshiva Tomchei Tmimim Lubavitz offers need-based scholarships to help students meet their cost of education. The institute also participates in various financial aid programs such as Federal work study, and Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants or SEOG. It provides library facilities and academic and career counseling services to all its students.
