Chandler-Gilbert Community College

Chandler-Gilbert Community College, also known as CGCC, is a community college in the Maricopa County Community College District. The college was founded in 1985 as an extension of Mesa Community College. It was separately accredited in the year 1992 and today operates three campuses. They are:

  • Pecos campus
  • Sun lakes center
  • Williams campus

CGCC offers more than 45 programs leading to an associate degree and/or certificate. There are several student-run clubs and organizations on campus for the overall development of students. Some of the clubs are the Asian & Pacific Islander club, creative writing club, Hispanic student organization, and performing arts student organization. There are several clubs established to assist foreign students with admission into the college.
