Charter Oak State College

Charter Oak State College is a four-year, liberal arts college located in New Britain, Connecticut, United States. It was founded in 1973 by the Connecticut Legislature. It is under the Connecticut State system of higher education. Students of Charter Oak State College are offered a variety of academic programs including associate and bachelor degrees, certificate programs, and credential Programs. These programs are in varous fields of study such as Applied Behavioral Science, Ecological Studies, Environmental Studies, Human Services, and Public Safety Administration. Online courses are also offered to students.
