Overview

Chesapeake College was established in the year 1965 in Maryland, United States. It was the first regional community college of Maryland. The college offers classes in the following campuses:

  • Cambridge Center
  • Center for Allied Health, Easton
  • Wye Mills Campus

Chesapeake College offers a number of degrees and certificate programs in the fields of accounting, computer science, business administration, criminal justice, human services, engineering technologies, fine arts, performing arts, nursing, and teacher education, among others.

The college's athletics department fields teams in basketball, baseball, soccer, softball, and volleyball. The teams are nicknamed the Skipjacks. In addition, there are several on-campus clubs and organizations including Phi Theta Kappa, Outdoors Club, Peake Disc Golf Club, Chesapeake College Student Educators Association, Students for the Arts, Campus Crusade for Christ, and Student Nursing Organization.
