Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science was founded in 1882 and is also abbreviated as CCMS. The college is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. It offers a diverse education in funeral service. The college offers associate’s and bachelor's degrees in mortuary science. The programs include psychology, general biology, sociology, business law, clinical orientation and terminology, anatomy, thanatochemistry, funeral merchandising, restorative art, and funeral home management.

Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science is home to several student organizations. The Student Government represents the entire student body and helps them to develop leadership qualities. CCMS chartered alpha chapter of Pi Sigma Eta in the year 1930. The institute also chartered Alpha Tau Epsilon in 1984. Roger Blackwell, an American marketing expert; and Charlie Wilson, a Democratic politician from the U.S State of Ohio are some of the notable alumni of the institute.
