Coastal Bend College

Coastal Bend College, also known as CBC, is a community college located in Beeville, Texas, United Sates. It was established in September 1967, with only 790 students enrolled. CBC was formerly known as Bee County College. It operates branch campuses in Kingsville, Alice, and Pleasanton, Texas. The college offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study. CBC also offers a variety of workforce education and continuing education classes. The college enrolls more than 3,000 students.

Each Coastal Bend College campus is home to several student-run clubs and organizations. These include Phi Theta Kappa, Baptist Student Union, Astronomy Club, and Art Club. The college's athletic teams are known as the Cougars, and they participate in sports such as basketball, and volleyball.
