Overview
The College of Court Reporting Inc., commonly referred to as CCR, was established by Kay Moody in 1984. It is located in Hobart, Indiana. Students are offered associate’s degrees, certificates and diploma programs in the fields of court reporting and administrative assistance. Distance learning opportunities are also available at the college.
The College of Court Reporting offers financial aid in the form of federal grants, student loans and various scholarships. Some scholarships available to the students at CCR include the Gates Millennium Scholars Fund, the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, the Go The Distance Scholarship, Scholarship America and Military Scholarships, among others. Students also publish a monthly newsletter called “The Guardian.”
