Overview

College of Menominee Nation or CMN is a tribal-based community college, with its main campus in Keshena, Wisconsin and another campus in Oneida, Wisconsin. The college was chartered in 1993 and is part of the American Indian Higher Education Consortium (AIHEC). The college offers degrees and certificates in diverse fields of study such as sustainable residential building systems, microcomputer specialist certification, biological and physical sciences. It also offers an entrepreneurship certificate, and a mathematics program.

Students of the College of Menominee Nation are members of various organizations and clubs such as the American Indian Science & Engineering Society, the American Indian Business Leaders (AIBL), and the CMN Prep Club- AIHEC.

Eligible students of the College of Menominee Nation can participate in the Student Support Services program which enables low-income and first generation students to stay in college until they receive their baccalaureate degrees. CMN’s library has a vast collection of books and audio visual resources such as movies on VHS and music CDs.
