Overview

The College of Visual Arts, also known as CVA, is a four-year, private institute of art and design located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The institute was established in 1948. CVA was recognized as a College of Associated Arts in 1989. The institute offers Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in illustration, sculpture, graphic design, drawing/painting, photography and interdisciplinary art & design studies.

The College of Visual Arts encourages students to participate in several events and programs sponsored by the institute. The college has sponsors several clubs and organizations, including the Anime Club, the Fiber Arts Club, the Illustration Club and the Ultimate Frisbee Club.
