Overview
Colorado Christian University, commonly known as CCU, is situated in Lakewood, Colorado, United States. It was founded in 1914 as the Denver Bible Institute and became a university in 1989. Degrees are offered to students through the academic schools of CCU, which are:
- School of Business and Leadership

- School of Humanities and Sciences
- School of Music
- School of Theology
CCU has many student clubs and organizations including the Literary Club, Student Government Association, Omicron Delta Kappa, Trash Club, The Circle, Residence Hall Association, and In His Service. CCU men compete in sports such as basketball, baseball, soccer, golf, tennis and cross country. The women participate in basketball, volleyball, cross country, soccer, golf, and tennis.
