Community Based Education and Development, run by Community Based Education and Development, Inc., is better known as CBD College. It is a co-educational, community college located in Los Angeles, California that was established in 1982. In 1996, the institution was incorporated as a not-for-profit institution. It offers a number of courses in nursing.

Financial aid is provided to eligible students in the form of scholarships. Payment plans are also offered to students who wish to pay for their courses in installments. A combination of both these is also aoffered.
