Concord University supports a large number of student clubs and organizations. Some of the clubs and organizations at the Athens campus are Alpha Sigma Alpha, Baptist Campus Ministries, Campus Crusade for Christ, Pi Kappa Phi, and College Republicans. The students publish an on-campus newspaper called "The Concordian." They also operate a radio station known as WCUR, and a TV station called WMLT.

Concord AthleticsSchool sports include football, basketball, baseball, and track. Concord is in the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference for major sports. Concord offers financial aid for athletes.
